By creating an account, accessing services, or utilizing any features provided by Toolify, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is" Provision)

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOOLIFY AND ITS DEVELOPERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that calculations, output files, AI/chatbot responses, or site operations will be timely, error-free, uninterrupted, or completely accurate.

3. User Accounts & Google Authentication

Features require authentication via Google Sign-In, handled securely through third-party services like Firebase. You are solely responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account details.
All activities that occur under your account.
Ensuring you do not share access credentials or compromise account integrity.

4. Acceptable Use & User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any prohibited activity, including but not limited to:

Attempting unauthorized access to systems, servers, or user accounts.
Disrupting, overloading, reverse-engineering, or scraping Toolify's infrastructure or custom code.
Using Toolify for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful purposes.
Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, or hazardous code.
Abusing automated interfaces, APIs, or flooding network bandwidth.

5. AI & Chatbot Disclaimer

Toolify offers an automated, rule-based feature called Assistant chatbot.

Responses are generated automatically and should strictly be treated as informational or entertainment content—not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
Outputs may contain hallucinated, inaccurate, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any advice or data before acting on it.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All site design, branding, assets, source code, visual design, custom tools, and logos ("Content") belong exclusively to Toolify and its developer(s). Unpermitted copying, scraping, reverse-engineering, resale, or commercial distribution of any site Content without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolify and its developer(s) shall NOT be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. This includes, without limitation:

Loss of data, files, or profits.
Missed deadlines, business disruption, or operational errors.
Decisions made based on incorrect calculations or chatbot outputs.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Toolify and its developer(s) from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, expenses, or demands (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

Toolify relies on third-party integrations (e.g., Firebase, Google Authentication, external APIs). Toolify has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party providers.

10. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to alter, suspend, or terminate services or user accounts at any time without prior notice, for conduct violating these terms or for system maintenance. Terms are updated periodically, and continued platform use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to jurisdiction where the developer resides or operates.
